attendant was sweet and did her job getting us the rental but didnt speak hardly any English, which meant any questions couldn't be addressed easily. While the truck was in good condition structurally it had very weak brakes, very poor acceleration, very weak air conditioning, when we returned it she didn't go out to the truck to inspect it to confirm all is good, she said she was busy although there were no customers in her store and that she would look a the truck when she got time, which means if anyone damaged the truck after we returned it but before she inspected it, that we might get blamed and couldn't prove it wasn't us, this aspect is very egregious and unfair businesses practice

As I called uhaul and explained, i brought the truck back on the same day at this location in vero beach: Amoco 9045 9045 20th St Vero Beach, FL 32966 Not on the July 20th like the receipt is implying! I am very upset with the dishonesty! I will no longer rent truck from UHaul and advise against it! You sent a treating email saying that i had stolen The truck, this is the way you treat your customers.

keith mI used only 6 miles on the truck and they charged me for over 30. I went in next day and they would not return after telling me it would be refunded when I returned truck. Please issue me a refund
