I wasnrequired to add a picture of the gas guage which was below 3/4. Refilled gas to same but they told me their system showed above 3/4. When i asked to review the picture they said they could not review it on their end and they charged me for extra gas. Very poor system to not be able to review.evan H.

The staff was not ready for our pick up and the reserved blankets were not all available. There was damage to the truck, including the door seal not staying put, the gears made a loud grinding noise when shifting, and the brake pedal was at a different angle than the gas pedal making it very difficult to full brake. We were not able to drive on the highway because we did not feel safe in the truck, which in turn made our move longer and increased our spending on rented movers. It was apparent that the Amoco station staff do not check the trucks.Arthur K.

I SCHEDULED A TRUCK WHICH I ENDED UP NOT USING AT ALL. IT NEVER MOVED AN INCH & I NEVER EVEN WENT INSIDE IF IT. SINCE I DID NOT USE THE TRUCK, WITHIN 1-2 HOURS I CANCELED IT, BUT MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED ANYWAY! I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT USE. I AM NOT GETTING ANY COOPERATION FROM THE LOCATION. ADDITIONALLY, SINCE THE LOCATION WAS A GAS STATION/CONVIENCE STORE, THE PERSON RENTING THE TRUCKS WAS ALSO WAITING ON CUSTOMERS NONSTOP. SHE WAS THE ONLY EMPLOYEE ON DUTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING & WHAT NORMALLY WOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES TOOK AN HOUR! THE OTHER THING THAT TOOK SO LONG WAS THAT INSTEAD OF PAPER & PEN NOW EVERYTHING HAD TO BE DONE VIA TEXT & EMAIL. LUDICROUS! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED NOW!ROSANNE C.

Was not easy to pickup or return the vehicle. Mobile pickup all depends on if you have cell service and this location had very spotty service. After getting through most of the process both during pickup and drop-off, the process would suddenly start all over. This was compounded by requiring photos be taken of the vehicle. In addition, it would have been nice to know just how much needed to be completed for pickup because I could have done most of it from home rather than at the gas station.Joshua P.

The mobile check-in process is absolutely horrible. I would never recommend that to anyone. I stood outside in the cold for quite a while waiting for my rental to be verified. This is something that should be done well before pickup time. I was under the impression that there would be no further steps to complete upon pickup.Alicia H.

Make sure it's clean and it not take forever to get the paperwork done!! & Employee using my phone to take pictures of license!!! It took so long to get the paperwork done and I didn't even get a copy of it except when I brought the truck back & then I had to come back an hour later later & my paperwork still wasn't done & had to wait another half hour to get my paperwork saying what I was charged!! & I hardly needed to put gas in but I put in gas any way, even though the gas gauge didn't even move!! Had to pay .69cents a mile & pay for a dolly! & When the guy was using my phone to take & send pics of my license he was deleting stuff off my phone!! Why couldn't he just copy and fax my license!!! I think that everything should be included in the price & going less than 20 miles & putting more gas than I used !!! The truck was a nice riding nothing wrong with the truck!! But you need to improve your computer system!!!Cynthia H.

It took an hour for us to rent the truck. Tellers pc was "slow" so we tried on his mobile device, that didn't work. Then he tried pc again, then it wouldn't take my bank debit card. So he finally called someone, and I eventually paid with cash.A cluster to say the least. Well go to certified uhual dealer next time. Mobile Sequence needs lots of attention!Nicole O.

Didn't like it at all the store man was so rude and didn't explain stuff right. At first we when there he say he can't get access to the system. And he say if I go back and download the app and show him that I got it and paid that he would give me the truck key. I when with my reservation number and he still didn't want me to give me the key. And he never explain right the situation. Was there like an hour to get a stupid truck. Everywhere else suck to ALL the system was all down. And some places had bad customer service.Nilsa M.

The truck was very filthy with sticky, stained seats and dashboard. I was forced to spend time cleaning and disinfecting it. I drove 600 miles with old, crumbly and inafective windshield wipers. Very dangerous and unacceptable! The attendant was rude and ignorant. I would not recommend this rental location to anyone.Joanna H.
