DOUGLAS TWhen I picked up the car, I took a photo of the fuel gauge and sent it to you. Yet, even though I returned the car with more fuel than it had when I received it, you charged me for extra fuel. This is neither fair nor acceptable.
FATIH YI rented a truck and was charged for not returning a dolly I never had. I called them fix the problem and the person on the phone said he was the owner and I rented a truck walk out came back in and asked for a dolly. I gave him my name and pick up time and told him he must have me mistaken with someone else. I told him to check the cameras and he refused so now I’m disputing the charges with the bank. I will not use again. A unnecessary waste of my time for something that’s easily provable.
