Requested moving blankets were not in the van, but was able to easily get them from staff. Maybe have them in the van?

Bad customer service with discrimination
Abdessalem BMy only complaint is that I didn't receive the dolly equipment that I requested in my reservation. Outside of that everything was easy to get and the standards were met!
Asia MNeed more than one employee to service customers, gas service customers came first and kept interrupting my uhaul pickup with attendant. Furniture dolly was not there-told it was inside another truck being fueled at different location!!
