I suggest going over all charges at time of rental. Not just taking my charge card and drivers license….like ; gas charge per mile, review e- mail, so it’s correct to avoid problems with e- mail not being correct. Just courtesy items.. thank you

I was never told that it was 99 cents per mile. Never would have agreed to that. Live and learn. I will never use uhaul again. Shows on my receipt that i had the trunk for 6 hours, only had it for 90 Minutes.

If I Come in 2 hours Before it’s Due And Ask To Keep It 1 Extra Hour Since Nobody Else Can Rent It in That Time Just Let Me Keep It For That Hour Instead Of Making Me Pay For A Whole Extra Day

I had problems with the original location I couldn't get checked out and know could direct me through the process on my phone until finally they me a new location that worked fine. This whole process took two hours on phone I was suppose to pick up truck at 7am and I didn't get a truck until 9:30 So I was not happy. You need to make the check out process easier for people to check out when the location is closed not very good service The new location was great.

My only complaint is that I didn't receive the dolly equipment that I requested in my reservation. Outside of that everything was easy to get and the standards were met!

Need more than one employee to service customers, gas service customers came first and kept interrupting my uhaul pickup with attendant. Furniture dolly was not there-told it was inside another truck being fueled at different location!!

I was harassed by a employee who claims to work at the drop off location He demanded the keys for the truck be handed to him late at night I had zero clue of who he was if he worked there or night so I refused to hand him the keys He crused me out threatening me about not coming back to that location in the future I did just drop the key in the lock box but I would not recommend that location to anyone Pick up was just fine zero issues there

I did inform the drop-off location about the check engine light being on when I received the truck. Stayed solid (not flashing) so I was able to make my destination without any issues. They said they will check into it.

I don't see much point in reserving and checking in on the app when I still had to go inside and wait in line for them to give me the key to the van I rented, then I had to jump through MORE hoops in the app before I could drive away. The app experience needs to be improved!

Take the customers email when the truck is rented. Didn’t get any receipt at the time of rental. When we returned it, I mentioned that. Then my email was taken and I received a paid receipt.

I had reservations for 230pm arrived at location and the truck wasn’t available. The employee just said it’s not here. I had to ask her to call the people who had the truck to get an ETA. Was told 4pm. Didn’t receive a call until 5pm that the truck was back. Not good business and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Reservation was made for a 15' truck and 2 dollies for my move. At arrival, only a 10' truck was available and 1 dolly. Representative at Amoco was kind and apologetic. Rating is based on the reservation system. Another rental on a later date was required to finish my move.

Everything was perfect - the only thing I would possibly consider to align this rental experience with a commercial car rental company is that the vehicle gas tank be full of gas, and then it has to be returned also full of gas. My vehicle only had a quarter tank of gas when I picked it up, but I filled the tank to half full when returned, so I spent more money on gas than I had to upon returning the vehicle, and that extra gas money will never be credited back to me. Just a minor point. Maybe it makes sense to do it the way it is done for storage vehicles. I would definitely rent there again !

The only thing was I needed an appliance size dolly. I was given a utility size one. I was told that was all they had. I reserved it a week ahead of time. The women who gave it to me was really cocky & said “oh well that’s all they had. I’m 65 and my teenage grandson is autistic,I didn’t have anyone else to help me. I had to rent this van 4x’s. I never rented a Moving Vehicle before and I think that women should have asked me what I moving and it wouldn’t have to rent it 4x’s.it really messed up my budget to move.my landlord of 14 years The owner & the evening cashier were very pleasant

I had to wait over 2 hours to have roadside come fix the back door of the U-Haul because the door wouldn’t open. It turned out that a wire had to be removed and the door was not lined up with the tracks properly. It was already getting dark and put my moving schedule behind, which is exhausting already without having to wait for something that shouldn’t have been a problem in the first place. Then I had issues with the location on my phone upon returning the vehicle. I went inside the store to ask the woman working and she said she didn’t know how to help me and looked at me extremely confused when I asked her what I was supposed to scan to return the U-Haul to get the location verified. Anyone working as a provider for until should be more knowledgeable about these types of things to make the whole process easier. Especially after everything was behind in schedule and then having issues returning the vehicle.

I won’t do do this again., just to expensive.. from the time I picked up the van until the time I returned it was 45 min. and I Only put on 15 miles.. and I was charged.89 cents a mile and I think thank was ridiculous. U-Haul needs to adjust there rates for short trips. Just my thoughts but I personally won’t rent one again. I should have went to Home Depot.

Make sure trucks are cleaned out for next customer. I have rented U-Haul 3 or 4 times and they are not as clean as should be.

Customer service was phenomenal, and the owners at this location were super sweet when I rented a truck that was too small and needed to rent another instead of reloading the first one. I highly recommend this location. They ownership was top notch! Thanks I will be back with the next one!

I needed a utility dolly and they waited till I got there to tell me they do not have any. Also the experience of making the reservation online and over the phone (800 #) was terrible. I had to call back 4 times because they kept screwing everything up.
