The location was fine . The reservation process was a complete shit show ! There was NO communication between U haul and myself on what the process that was needed to obtain the keys to the vehicle. The reservation was changed 3 time on me the last time less that 24 hrs, the size truck I needed was not what I received. In the future I would avoid U*haul all together. Your costumer service is the worst !!!
