Everything went great except we couldn’t get the ramp to slide down so we had to lift everything by hand even though we also rented a dolly.

BETSY UTruck barely moved. Had an engine light one. Spar plugs were due to be changed long ago. They had many vehicles on the lot but we were given the one with mechanical issues.

ANGEL PTrash location. Over charged for missing/damaged items. Over charged for “not checking” in. Overcharged for not cleaning up although only blankets left inside. Not to mention the lady at the front was rude at the time of checkout.

Francelith RThe office personnel was very rude. They lied about how much gas was in truck at return. They also lied about the back of truck being dirty resulting in $143 of fuel and cleaning charges. Thankfully I had pictures of gas and a clean tru k to dispute charges. I use this location 3-5 yearly. I will not be returning to this location and I will be disputing charges with my cc company

Landy DThere is no return information at this location, my rental was not close out until Monday morning and it was return the same Saturday April 6 that it was rented. There was no sign that stated to do return online. The location opened on Sundays from 9-12pm and did not close my rental out until Monday April 8th and it was rented on April 6. Now they want to charge me and additional $124 for Sunday and Monday.
Jeanice JA new team is needed the are fraud and trying to pocket money by changing for items that were not in the vehicle. Next time I will go to a UHaul location and not a side partner too much of the back and fourth for no reason. Scamers work at this location use a pre paid card or a credit card not your bank card they will try and get more money than the service covers when they know that the equipment was never in the vehicle.

Fracisco SGot a 20 dollar damage charge on my bill. There was absolutely no damage to the trailer. It was returned neat and clean with no damage. The blankets were neatly folded and the dolly was returned. Disappointed with Anchor Logistics for this.
Evan EAnchor Really went out of their way to help me find a 6x12 trailer when another UHaul dealer messed up and gave the trailer I had reserved 2 weeks earlier to someone else. Anchor was outstanding calling me keeping me informed of when a trailer I needed would be turned in.
