JEANETTE C | Overall ExperienceAn employee with short black hair glasses older lady not white does that sound bad I'm not trying to sound bad she just didn't give me her name she told me that my service dog wasn't allowed in the building because she had allergies and then she said we weren't allowed to be in the hallway after I got help from some random guy walking by I don't know if he is he well known but I noticed the employees being less respectful I had lost my keys I thought I found them for the lock but when I asked what I should do they said they would think about it and then they sent someone to come tell me figure it out I don't know why I was treated that way I paid like everybody else I move my things in I was hoping to be a long time customer if there is something I had done to upset the employees I would love to fix it if not I can try and find another storage unit if that's what you think is best I Honestly Love the price and the location but I don't like being told that my service animal is not allowed in the building due to allergies she made that up and I don't like being lied to because it means she thinks my dog isn't really certified and I don't know his rights

karen d | Overall ExperienceI noticed rat poop all over my belongings. Roaches crawling. So you have to constantly spray your stuff for critters. They do have rat houses in the storage units but some of my stuff still got ate up. I had to throw away multiple personal belongings. I reported it to the girl at the front desk but it was like o well. I also told her I wasn't cleaning out that rat poop. I usually have good experience but this was horrible. So much rat dropping on top of my stuff. No compensation no apology nothing. Just gave me a receipt that wasn't even clear to read because of ink and words missing. I don't know. I was very disappointed.
