Not the easiest place to get too. When I went to pick up the truck, they did bring the truck around. So they drove it "up". I had asked if I could leave it here for an hour or two as I didn't have someone to take my personal vehicle back at this time and I would be back to get the truck a little later. They were fine with that. I thanked them and left in my personal vehicle. When I came back a bit later and got into the rental truck I noticed that after I started it up the gas was almost empty, it was at 1 / 8 of a tank, the contract said a 1 /4 tank. So that was a lie. I took a picture to prove where it was at. Also on the dash (you can see clear as day) it says Right Rear Tire is low on pressure. At this time the business is closed and no-one is around. I took it home hooked up my air compressor and saw that the pressure was down to 30psi... the tires require 90psi! I filled it up, and thankfully it held. It only went down about 10-15 psi for the trip. I did notice when I got home however that it did have a nail or screw in the tire (which I also took a picture of). I showed that to the person when I dropped it off.

The pickup time could have been quicker. It took over an hour to complete the pickup process. Also during our trip we had rain and the trailer leaked really bad and our stuff inside the trailer got wet.
