VICTOR MVehicle had on the check engine light. The facility was notified before I left the lot. The vehicle had a strong gas smell and had to be exchanged AFTER I spent money to fill the gas tank. Upon returning the vehicle, I was overcharged.
MICHAEL BThe representative at the pick up pint led us to believe he made a change to our drop off location, which he did not. Since they were unable to take it this forced us to return the trailer to the original drop off point, which made us late for a concert we were going to that night.

JACOB SThe owners of this location were decent but it’s the truck itself that I had concerns with. I booked in advance a 20 foot truck at one location and my Rez was transferred to what appeared a business far from my home and it looked sketchy due to availability. I am use to renting at the actual U-Haul business where the vehicles are serviced. The vehicle drove badly the alignment was off and it shook badly. I have rented that size truck before and it drove a lot smoother. At the end of the 3 hour drive I had a bad headache. The movers were good but I only used them for a hour but charged for two. I will probably take my business elsewhere after this experience the ball was dropped.

DIANA EAndy’s is my favorite U-Haul rental location. He always has what I need. I even saw the owner come up to the location after hours to help a customer.
HAMAM SThe location was fine and the service was excellent! I was very disappointed on the way U-Haul took the payment from me. You reserved the money out of my checking account and then took the momey again upon returning the U-Haul which caused my bank account to be negative. You should have just credited back from the reserved amount i did not spend. Very disappointing as moving is already stressful enough. But to have no money to buy the things I needed because U-haul tied up what little money I did have until the bank released it really made life more stressful!
