Misleading and charged more than what I was told for only 6 hour usage of U-Haul . Customer service very poor and agin misleading and charged way more than what I swiped my card and agreed to . Don’t go here go somewhere else they do have lower rates other places . Had a reservation for 10am they called 9:30 I told them I’m on the way they almost rented out what I reserved due to the man putting it as10 on . Not good service
Tonya WThe strap on the car dolly on the passenger side was a little short and didn’t want to go around the tire so we had to let some air out of the tire to strap it down. Other than that everything else was fine.
