Arnold OSite was muddy. No one came to the door but called to reach an onsite rep.
Michael GThe people who run this location are nice as can be, and normally I have a great experience with them, but this time, while they were great, the truck was a nightmare. It violently jerked randomly which made it scary to drive over 50mph. It also had a leak, which ended up ruining almost $1000 worth of our stuff, and when we brought it up, they just said they'd report it... it ended up costing us WAY more than the rental itself, which we couldn't afford.
Charles MSeemed quite 'sketchy' as we drove up to a house and multiple vans were parked outside in the yard. It was not very professional in terms of returning the van key. Very different feel and presentation than in Florence, AL. Location was close to us, so that part was helpful.
