JAMES LThe day I dropped off the trailer, I showed up at around 3:30pm. The sign on the door said they're open until 5 or 6, I don't remember which, but it doesn't matter because nobody was there. There were four different numbers to call and the taped up paper says to call because they are 3 min. away and to text them a picture of the dropped off trailer number. That would be cool and all if I could get immediate feedback, but I was told over the phone to leave it there and it would be taken care of tomorrow. I'm sure I don't need to tell you reading this that we have to turn U-hauls in on time and have a record of it. So, I left it there, as I had one more day on my rental, but didn't get a receipt email the next day. I had to call and get him to do it on time. I don't know if they can set the time it was received based on the text or whatever, but that doesn't excuse this weird business practice - I should have been able to get a receipt immediately upon returning the U-haul. The reason I would still recommend this place is because I don't think they have bad intentions and we still got the thing turned in on time. He was great over the phone.

JEFFREY BThe owner only made sure the brakes and turn signals worked, not the running lights for night time use on the trailer. I had to run the trailer on the interstate at night with no trailer lights which is illegal and very unsafe. Other than that, trailer was in good shape.
WAYNE DRental was easy and straight forward. Andy had vehicle availability the online inventory did not seem to have.

DOMINIQUE RThe location I originally had the truck reserved for customer did not return the truck so we had to go to Andy’s that put us about 35 mikes out of our way and we were appreciative for a truck but felt the $1.09 mirage fee should have been reduced due to the inconvenience but this location acted as if they had no control over pricing. Seems you would like to satisfy your customer over inconvenience.

JERRY HI would recommend this location with hesitation. I was told they were 24/7 service; however, no one was there when I arrived, even though the note on the door said Open- Come In. In addition, the location was not well lit up in the dark.

MARTI HVery pleased with the pickup location.
JOHN WThe location had goats inside the building which was unprofessional of a business. The owner would not listen to us and kept saying we did not have a reservation and was rude saying not in my system not. I had the text and email with my name and reservation number she would not slow down and listen or she would have seen our name. Her lack of listening caused the check in to be miserable. Would never go back to this location ever.

FREDERICK LMade original reservation to pick up truck 1 mile from my house. Got to location and my rental wasn’t available. I was told to go to another location approximately 8 miles away. Got to location and the truck had prior damage which did not reflect on the app. Truck inside was dirty having sand all over the floor and the drink holders had previous spills in them. I had budgeted this move to the penny and picking up at this location put me over on mileage and time. I called another location closer to my delivery address and was told I would be charged an additional $30 if I didn’t return it to the location I picked it up from. I do not think the customer should be responsible for paying extra mileage because there vehicle didn’t get returned and was unavailable at the original forcing the customer to drive further and accumulate miles. While returning the app wouldn’t pull up and allow me to enter details and take pictures. U-Haul dealer texted me and told me I owed them another $5 for mileage. Not happy
MAUREEN GThe equipment and service was awesome. So glad that they are so close to my house. The entrance to your lot needs some markers so you don’t miss it. Almost ran in the ditch trying to turn into the lot. Other than that it is great.
