The 20 foot truck I rented was a piece of JUNK! it had to be at least 20 years old, it had 145,000 miles on it, the seat was torn, the radio didn't work and the knob was busted and the check engine light came on during my move and the engine sputtered when idling at a stop. This is unacceptable that I should have to pay full price (over $200 for a 9 hour rental) for a POS truck. It's clear this location owner cares more about her goats running around inside the business than maintaining her rental fleet and retiring vehicles when they're WELL past their time. Won't ever rent from here again.

Tracy YHauler quoted $219.00 for 5 day destination to Elk River MN. When l picked up the trailer the charge for 5 day destination to Elk River Was Over $500. I needed the trailer so l paid for the extra money. But not sure what your quote is reliable for buyer. I would not recommend it.

VICTOR MVehicle had on the check engine light. The facility was notified before I left the lot. The vehicle had a strong gas smell and had to be exchanged AFTER I spent money to fill the gas tank. Upon returning the vehicle, I was overcharged.
MICHAEL BThe representative at the pick up pint led us to believe he made a change to our drop off location, which he did not. Since they were unable to take it this forced us to return the trailer to the original drop off point, which made us late for a concert we were going to that night.

ELIZABETH TWayne was EXCEPTIONAL!!! He was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Good customer service is often a thing of the past…but Wayne is the exception. I have been recommending this location to everyone…and have stressed that they should ask for Wayne. He is a rock star!!
