Never thought I would say that renting a truck was a pleasant experience! Top-notch in every aspect. Perhaps most importantly, the truck was squeaky clean and the customer service was exceptional!

When returning my trailer it was pouring rain. Since the trailer yard is on a hill they had them chocked with wood. Upon returning the wood was no where to be found where I pulled the trailer from. Since the building was not open I had to walk around till I found a rock big enough to chock the tires and ended up soaking wet. Leaving wood out to chock tires would be a vast improvement to this experience.

DANIEL MThis was our first time renting with Harrison U-Haul. Our experience was excellent. Bethany greeted us upon arrival and was very kind and efficient. She had us out the door with truck keys in hand in literally 5 minutes. (I think that is due to us registering online ahead of time). We will definitely be back again if the need arises.
Dan KTruck interior wasn't cleaned when we picked it up. And it had a notch under 3/4ths a tank. I returned the truck filled to 100 percent. You can't see the level as you're filling. Well that was never factored into my bill. That was 50 bucks. I should have had at least 20 or 30 come back. But instead I was charged an extra 15 after mileage. I feel uhaul owes me money back.

john tOnly took 2hrs to get the truck from uhaul.com. No one there spent 2hrs tring to get keys on phone. Put on hold to many times. Know one new what was going on. Feel like I should have been compensated for my time of waiting to get truck..

Karen WOverall a good experience. Very friendly staff. Couple of small issues: One - The back of the UHaul had a lot of dust/dirt in it and a dead mouse. Two - I noticed on the estimate it said there would be a $20 charge if the truck was brought back after hours. The person I spoke to never mentioned an after hours fee. They acted like it would be no problem if we brought it back after hours. Luckily I noticed it on the estimate and brought it back during work hours.

Wanted to just email me a receipt. Thank god I chose to speak up. Situation was very poorly managed in my opinion.

Dale CI had to pay $15 for "insurance" even though I am sure my own car insurance would have covered me! But when you have to make a snap decision they pretty much have you over a barrel. Also, I think .99 cents per mile is a little steep.
