charlotte SBethany was very professional and helpful. Pickup went smoothly.
LJ SUhaul was asked to set up movers to load the furniture. Unfortunately, they sent (2) loaders who did not have the capability to load items heavier then a typical box. I contacted the local Uhaul dealer and they sent an additional person out to help however hiring capable staff should be a focus moving forward.
