Dan MMy experience at this Uhaul location was very disappointing. The location appeared run down and questionable. When I arrived to pick up my rental the office was closed and there was no one available to help. The owner was up the street at a restaurant. My scheduled rental was not there. This caused unnecessary confusion and delayed my pickup which in turn caused me money because the moving company charged me extra for being late. Better communication and a more professional operation is needed.
