Lisa did a very good job with my rental
Lisa TWell first off the lady kept getting kicked out when she was trying to take a picture of my driver's licence. Then when I went to sign I only got to put a line on there and it was gone and couldn't get it back to sign my name. Then I got over to the truck and tried to use the link and it said it was expired already so I couldn't load anything up on it. Took pictures with my phone so it showed the gas and mileage. Called the lady back and asked her to put insurance on the truck because the site was expired and I wanted to cover my own butt. She said no problem. Then texted and said she couldn't because her boss said I only had a few min to put that on. It was a shit show and so I couldn't get insurance and ended up hitting a corner of a lady's house. And her boss said it was on me and my problem. Have a screen shot of him saying that also. Just really shitty the whole thing never got papers nothing no receipt nothing!!! Don't have a clue what she charged me and didn't charge me. Told me I would only be charged for Sat. Picked it up at 12:15 pm and bright it back at 5:30 pm called her and told her and put the key in the box. There were blankets in the truck and wet ones in the truck and it was dirty in there. Just a real shit show... I have always rented from U-Haul and never have I had this kind of treatment and been left out to hang! Tammy Armitage

DIANE RNot happy got charged a cleaning fee when I had to clean it when I got it and I did clean it before I returned it!! Was returned in cleaner shape then I got it yet was still charged!! Tried to reach out to you and got hung up on and tried the chat which said I was off line when I wasn’t total crap won’t ever rent from you again and will tell everyone I meet how I was robbed

She helped as much as she could in getting us our money back and making the situation less stressful. this experience was way more trouble than it was worth. having the truck for our move was amazing, but i wouldn’t go through the process again. thank you lisa for everything you did to help!
scott DWe ended us having to drive 3 hours round trip to pick up the truck. Not convenient. And we were expected to pay for the has for the extra 80 miles. I suppose it is better than the 6 hour round trip you originally wanted us to take to get the truck. In the place we were moving to

Jaecy AHave someone at the location at all times when open. I had to get help from a stranger to load up because the worker was at another place, then take the trailer to a different location to get checked out. When I brought the trailer back I had to wait at least 30 min. for the worker to get back to the pickup/drop off location to unhook.

Wendi BWe were scheduled to return to a location on East Broadway but no one was at location and phone number was an answering machine. Called around to other locations and Ann’s Short Stop said they would meet us at there location. Met us in lot. Completed paper work and were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient and kind.
Tina LThe woman who process my rental was very unprofessional. The truck was filthy and reeked of cigarette smoke and was sticky to touch. The large cargo area was disgusting and full of mouse feces I had to sweep it out myself before I could use it. I'm appalled that this is what passes as service

Christy TSo I was told to drop off the equipment at 9 pm and they would meet me there at 9 pm I waited until 9:30 pm no one showed so I left and the next day was charged 35 dollars again when I called to ask why she told me she was there at midnight and the equipment was not there but when she come in at 8am it was there and that is a total lie and still has not refunded my money
