Pickup location itself was fine, however, my pickup location was changed the day before my scheduled pickup. If pickup location needs to be changed, this should be made clear right after a reservation is made.

Kyle SI was a little surprised to see a $20 after hours charge. Although it is in the fine print on the contract, I would have expected that it came up during my discussion with the employee when we discussed time of return.
