He never once had a bad attitude the entire time either! As I was driving off I know he had two more customers pull in while I was leaving ! So he deserve a bonus or a raise !

James LJulian was very helpful. His positive, service-minded attitude were very much appreciated. When we were delayed for pick up, while trying to locate a new person to help us lift doors (there was a death in that family), Julian did not make a big deal out of our delayed pick-up and possible delayed return. (As it was, we were able to take care of business, gas up, and return the truck that same night, tasks completed. We saw where Julian had accounted for the returned keys [drop box, after-hours] the next business day. Julian behaved in a professional manner, taking his job responsibilities seriously. And we know where to go, next time we need assistance. Thank you for hiring someone of Julian's caliber. If you only have one employee, he's the one asset you cannot afford to be without. Please thank him for us. We very much appreciated his kind-hearted, patient, thorough service.

Charles HThis facility is very clean & attractive & was the most convenient location for us. The young woman who helped us w/our return was quick, efficient & friendly. Be aware, however—particularly if you rent a long trailer, there is not really enough room for backing. The only reason we were able to return the long trailer here was bc there were plenty of open spaces when we dropped ours off. We had to parked the trailer crooked. It might be pretty tough for the next person to hook up & pull that long trailer out of there. Also, we really needed help to disconnect that big trailer (we’re getting older). Renters should beware that the UHaul Neighborhood drop off locations do not necessarily provide personnel or any kind of jack or equipment for disconnecting. This is a self storage location & the return parking spaces are up front with only a narrow drive between the parking spaces & the buildings—very tricky to back a long trailer into a space.
jannette CThe Uhaul manager provided no assistance to me and was trying to force myself and perhaps many others to pay for their trailer hitch. Otherwise they had the hitch locked so no one could use it. Completely unacceptable, especially after I confirmed through the phone that I could in fact use the hitch with my equipment as much as possible. I have yet to hear from Kevin, the manager. This needs to be made right. I rented the same truck the week before and couldn’t use it because of the same issue that never got resolved. I need someone to call me immediately.
JAMES SMake sure the fuel tank is full. Have human beings answer the phone. Recorded messages are a sign that you do not care about customer service. I tried to call 4 times and it said there was no one available.

sam qDon’t tell him that delivery point is another location then what they were told. My drop off was extra 60 miles and if I had known that I would not have rented from haul that cost me round trip 60 miles and extra $21.00.
Otto PThe final drop off place was excellent. It was the 3rd location we visited. Very frustrated that Uhaul wanted us to drive 30 miles to return when there were 3 locations in our town. The traffic coordinator in San Antonio was kind and helpful.
Jay CThe 20’ truck had gear selecting problems from the get go. It was almost impossible to shift into park from any gear. If you shift into drive and then reverse, it was very difficult to get the shifter out of reverse ( to park or neutral).
John LEquipment was clean, but the Tow Package needs to be looked at on this truck. Twice the tow package caused the truck to lunge forward being difficult to stop. The first time it could not stop climbing over a curb hitting a building making dark skid marks on the driveway and curb. Once we arrived at our destination again the Tow Package was on and the truck lunged forward almost hitting our pickup. James put the truck in neutral quickly and was able to stop. We recommenced at all Uhaul locations we were at to have that truck looked at before it is rented again to keep any further damage happening.

Tracie MThe office and location were nice, the agent was pleasant and the vehicle was clean, however, the truck had 125,000 miles on it and drove like a tank.. I would have liked a newer vehicle with a better ride since it was somewhat difficult to drive through hill country in a truck that was hard to steer.
Kenneth OThe drop off location was fine, but the drop process needs improvement. Our rental contract instructions said to call the 800 number rather than giving us a location and instructions. We called 3x and spent over 30 minutes on hold only to be told we can drop it off wherever we want.
