My only complaint concerns the U-Haul app and website check-in. It is buggy 20 year old technology that needs to be updated. It was very painful to use and kept taking me back through circular loops. Please rewrite the code and simply the process. Thanks

Nothing was wrong with the location, however, the email confirmation said that we would be able to pick up the haul at 8AM, but the location did not open until 9AM.

We had a two hour wait time thanks to y’alls servers going done. We didn’t have much choice about the wait as that was the only day I had available to get it done. While the guy at the counter was a friendly guy and got us taken care of eventually it really sucked to loose that much of my day to your error.

it's not the location but the Uhaul after hours pick up process. please review the notes on my account on 6/23. I had a horrible time picking up the truck so much so that I called for a ride and left with no truck on my 1st and 2nd attempts after 1 1/2 hours in the Texas sun on a concrete parking lot. My original reservation was giving me a pop up for an upcoming reservation on 6/23 at 4 pm however it was already almost 4:30. I logged out, closed browser and tried again. Same thing. The Uhaul pick up process was talking to me as if 6/23 4pm was in the future. I called the phone number and sat on hold for a bit over 16 minutes (still in the scorching Texas sun). The representative cancelled that reservation, did not apologize or offer to help me get another truck or investigate the reason for the problem. Frustrated with the hold time I had made another online reservation right before my call was answered so I proceeded with the pick up process for my 2nd attempt. I went through the inspection for damage, headshot, driver's license and phone call approval and when I go to make the payment it says I cannot use my prepaid debit card. Uhaul took my reservation with my prepaid debit. why didn't my reservation confirmation notify me to bring a different form of payment if the card I used for the reservation is not accepted? Now I'm in tears. I have 4 people waiting at my house to help me move and no truck. I placed a 2nd call to Uhaul when it rejected my debit card. I sat on hold for 9 minutes this time. that's 25 minutes on hold to speak to someone with Uhaul. the gentleman who answered was very professional and apologetic. he promised to follow up and let someone know that the reservation should tell the customer to bring another form of pmt without me having to suggest it. He is doing a real good job for Uhaul and should be rewarded. so after my daughter gets off work at 9 pm I get her debit card and finally get the truck. I started Sunday morning at 6 am by myself. my 4 friends took off work to help me and all had to work Sunday. I managed to fill that truck. I knew I was going to be late by the time I unloaded so I called Uhaul and my account was supposedly noted. the truck would have been back before noon Sunday if Uhauls process wasnt faulty in at least 2 different ways leaving me to move by myself. i was 45 minutes late and Ihaul charged me an additional day rental charge. Uhaul is to blame. Not me thanks
