David RI was charged a $25 cleaning fee after dropping off the 15' truck at the location. I swept out the truck, as required, and the truck was actually left in better condition that when I rented it. I called the drop off location to get an explanation on the cleaning fee, but the person I spoke with did not provide a clear explanation as to why the cleaning fee was charged. I was told that a manager would reach out to me to discuss the charges, but I never received a call, text, or e-mail to further explain the charge.
