I had a much closer location to return my UHaul but I was not allowed to pick that. Because of that, I got charged a $6 fee. Very unhappyRashmi B.
the trailer was stuck on the ball. The girl tried to use the uhaul supplied fck but it did not work. Had to use her personal jack from her car. She was good and did not give up.James S.
1st call - asked for reservation for a 20' truck at 3371 TX-534 Loop, Kerrville, Tx for Sat 4/10 at 9:30 am. Got an email verifying a reservation at 845 Ranchero Rd Kerrville, TX 78028 at 10:00 am. Called back stating the Ranchero rd address is closed Saturday, and the time should be 9:30 instead of 10:00. Got another email verification stating the same location, but the time was corrected. And, then got a text verifying my reservation at a site in San Antonio, an hour and a half away! Drove to the 3371 TX-534 Loop, Kerrville, Tx address to get it straightened out and was told all was well. The night before I got a text stating Due to COVID-19, we are encouraging every customer to fully complete the Online Check-in at https://www.uhaul.com/Orders/. Your U-Haul res 91723900 is sched. at 383 FM 2093 in FREDERICKSBURG at 9:30 AM on Saturday, April 10, 2021. Call (830) 990-2378 to confirm. So we went to pick it up and were told we could drop it off at any Uhaul nearby our destination.DIANE LOU F.

The only problem I had with this location. Was that there was no drop box or clear signage to where you must leave your key. I ended up having to spend 15 min on the phone to Uhaul trying to figure it out. They need to put signage up.Ian W.

They were low in their blanket stock so I had to go to another location for more.Rebecca P.
Everything was great except the check in process. It must have taken 45 minutes to an hour through cell phone check in. This was no fault of the location. The screen first told me I needed to do 3 things to check in the first of which was create an account. For that it told me to "click here". When I did that I got a message that said "no such page exists." I then tried to call the 800- Uhaul phone number and was on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up holding and tried to check in through another method which worked but which led me to a seemingly endless number of steps to check in including scanning the back of my driver's license.Michael Z.

Jullian at Another Closet Storage had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He really took the time to get to know us, find out what our needs were and make it as easy as possible. My Mother passes last week and the experience was so traumatic and I was forced to move her belongings as soon as possible and he was just so kind, me being sleep deprived and he was very compassionate. Wish This storage facility was closer to where I lived, I would do business just to do business with this company.Christina T.

I was to pickup at a different location. It cost me an extra hour of labor for the movers who had to wait until we found out the truck was not where it was to be picked up. We also did not get the 24 hour notice of change of location. We were informed after we were at the original pickup location.Jose J.

Ease of return after hours. 24/7 Share Verify code to return truck did not work on my android phone after repeated attempts. Ended up just dropping keys in office door slot. Got email next day verifying return was made. Doesn't get any easier than that.Brian G.
All and all was a very pleasant experience...... very accommodating for the time we needed the vehicle. The truck was pretty clean except for the pumpkin seeds on the floor board that we cleaned out as I didn't want anyone to think "WE" had left them there. The truck ran nicely and returning the vehicle was quite simple. When picking up the truck, Andre was very nice and made the process of getting in and out of there very quick. Drop off office was closed,,, no help available, I am 74 years old with weak back. I was charged an additional $30 for late return,,, I was never told to return the trailer by a specific time,,, I thought I had until midnight of the last day,, as it turns out I was 7.5hrs late. I returned the trailer at 4:30pm on Sat 2/16/19. I complained about the extra charge,, was told that I was supposed to return it by 9:00am on 2/16/19. The next time that I rent a trailer,, I will think longer about renting another trailer from UHaulJAMES S.
