The only problem I had with this location. Was that there was no drop box or clear signage to where you must leave your key. I ended up having to spend 15 min on the phone to Uhaul trying to figure it out. They need to put signage up.

They were low in their blanket stock so I had to go to another location for more.

Everything was great except the check in process. It must have taken 45 minutes to an hour through cell phone check in. This was no fault of the location. The screen first told me I needed to do 3 things to check in the first of which was create an account. For that it told me to "click here". When I did that I got a message that said "no such page exists." I then tried to call the 800- Uhaul phone number and was on hold for 15 minutes. I gave up holding and tried to check in through another method which worked but which led me to a seemingly endless number of steps to check in including scanning the back of my driver's license.

Jullian at Another Closet Storage had EXCEPTIONAL customer service. He really took the time to get to know us, find out what our needs were and make it as easy as possible. My Mother passes last week and the experience was so traumatic and I was forced to move her belongings as soon as possible and he was just so kind, me being sleep deprived and he was very compassionate. Wish This storage facility was closer to where I lived, I would do business just to do business with this company.

Maintain your vehicles, It was shaking so bad I could not drive over 25 miles an hour. Ended up parking it back where I received it before I could finish loading my units.

I was to pickup at a different location. It cost me an extra hour of labor for the movers who had to wait until we found out the truck was not where it was to be picked up. We also did not get the 24 hour notice of change of location. We were informed after we were at the original pickup location.

Ease of return after hours. 24/7 Share Verify code to return truck did not work on my android phone after repeated attempts. Ended up just dropping keys in office door slot. Got email next day verifying return was made. Doesn't get any easier than that.

All and all was a very pleasant experience...... very accommodating for the time we needed the vehicle. The truck was pretty clean except for the pumpkin seeds on the floor board that we cleaned out as I didn't want anyone to think "WE" had left them there. The truck ran nicely and returning the vehicle was quite simple. When picking up the truck, Andre was very nice and made the process of getting in and out of there very quick. We chose your location due to two (2) of our kids having storage units there. Just a very clean location and great reviews. Thank you. Patrice Hall, Fredericksburg, Texas

Drop off office was closed,,, no help available, I am 74 years old with weak back. I was charged an additional $30 for late return,,, I was never told to return the trailer by a specific time,,, I thought I had until midnight of the last day,, as it turns out I was 7.5hrs late. I returned the trailer at 4:30pm on Sat 2/16/19. I complained about the extra charge,, was told that I was supposed to return it by 9:00am on 2/16/19. The next time that I rent a trailer,, I will think longer about renting another trailer from UHaul

My only complaint concerns the U-Haul app and website check-in. It is buggy 20 year old technology that needs to be updated. It was very painful to use and kept taking me back through circular loops. Please rewrite the code and simply the process. Thanks

We had a two hour wait time thanks to y'alls servers going done. We didn't have much choice about the wait as that was the only day I had available to get it done. While the guy at the counter was a friendly guy and got us taken care of eventually it really sucked to loose that much of my day to your error.

it's not the location but the Uhaul after hours pick up process. please review the notes on my account on 6/23. I had a horrible time picking up the truck so much so that I called for a ride and left with no truck on my 1st and 2nd attempts after 1 1/2 hours in the Texas sun on a concrete parking lot. My original reservation was giving me a pop up for an upcoming reservation on 6/23 at 4 pm however it was already almost 4:30. I logged out, closed browser and tried again. Same thing. The Uhaul pick up process was talking to me as if 6/23 4pm was in the future. I called the phone number and sat on hold for a bit over 16 minutes (still in the scorching Texas sun). The representative cancelled that reservation, did not apologize or offer to help me get another truck or investigate the reason for the problem. Frustrated with the hold time I had made another online reservation right before my call was answered so I proceeded with the pick up process for my 2nd attempt. I went through the inspection for damage, headshot, driver's license and phone call approval and when I go to make the payment it says I cannot use my prepaid debit card. Uhaul took my reservation with my prepaid debit. why didn't my reservation confirmation notify me to bring a different form of payment if the card I used for the reservation is not accepted? Now I'm in tears. I have 4 people waiting at my house to help me move and no truck. I placed a 2nd call to Uhaul when it rejected my debit card. I sat on hold for 9 minutes this time. that's 25 minutes on hold to speak to someone with Uhaul. the gentleman who answered was very professional and apologetic. he promised to follow up and let someone know that the reservation should tell the customer to bring another form of pmt without me having to suggest it. He is doing a real good job for Uhaul and should be rewarded. so after my daughter gets off work at 9 pm I get her debit card and finally get the truck. I started Sunday morning at 6 am by myself. my 4 friends took off work to help me and all had to work Sunday. I managed to fill that truck. I knew I was going to be late by the time I unloaded so I called Uhaul and my account was supposedly noted. the truck would have been back before noon Sunday if Uhauls process wasnt faulty in at least 2 different ways leaving me to move by myself. i was 45 minutes late and Ihaul charged me an additional day rental charge. Uhaul is to blame. Not me thanks
