They misinterpreted the returned fuel level when I had just refueled to the exact place that the fuel was when I got it and then charged me for two gallons of fuel for no reason.
KHASHAQ CProblem is that the mileage, license plate, and fuel didn't match the 10' truck as it was the 3rd truck that I finally got after 3+ hours later in MS and driving an hour each way out of my way.
ROBERT GThe van was dirty on the inside floor! I took pictures of the dirty floor! Inspect the vehicles periodically to make sure they are always clean!! I only moved some boxes of clothes and shoes!

LISA BDid not have the truck size requested (10'), the latch on the truck did not work properly, and the furniture dolly and hand truck that we had requested were not available. We had a terrible time trying to load furniture without these items. This may not be the location's fault, but there is no other place to enter the feedback. Very disappointed with our U-Haul experience.

David YThe vehicle was not clean at all inside the vehicle beyond unacceptable. The brakes sounded very bad. The sounds coming from vehicle sounded like transmission is slipping. Or something need servicing. The employees were very professional and showed concern.

Ivy DTruck wasn’t clean in the cab before use, reservation was put in so that it would charge me for two days instead of one, and when I called to ask about them about the overcharge they claimed it wasn’t their fault and they couldn’t fix it despite it having been the way they put in the reservation that charged me more. Customer service was able to refund me the money after figuring out the mistake.
Jessica SU-Haul messed up my reservation. Instead of picking up my rental 2 miles away from my place I had to drive 100 miles to get my rental truck. Put extra unnecessary miles on my jeep and gas; and all U-Haul did was credited $50. I spent more $ in gas to get to destination to get my rental. It was a horrible experience.

Karina HI booked online with Uhaul, when I showed up they did not have the truck that I had reserved. I let them know about the policy that Uhaul has about if the truck isn't there, I get $50. Employee told me she didn't want to deal with it, and passed me off to another employee. He told me he had never heard of it. I showed him the website with the statement. He told me that he probably could figure it out but that it would be a huge hassle for him. I told him I wanted him to look into it, It was applied although the bill with the discount came back the same as my original dollar amount due to the fact that they changed the reservation. Additionally, when I got in the truck the check engine light was on. When towing was engaged the truck had a very hard time changing gears. All in all, the location wasn't prepared for me to arrive. The truck wasn't in good shape. The employees didn't understand how I even booked, or Uhaul's policies. 2 stars feels generous, but it appeared everyone was having a tough day.
Carter VI was charged for TWO days for a 6 hour rental. I was twenty minutes "late" returning my uhaul because the staff misplaced the keys for the customer before me's rental, so we had to wait until they were done. The worker did not go over my receipt or total, but instead emailed it without another word and helped another customer. When I questioned them about it, I was told I was "late" so they charged me for TWO days when I rented it for 6 hours and 20 minutes. I had to call the Uhaul help service and thankfully they were helpful in rectifying the issue. Ace hardware simply told me they couldn't do anything because the "system won't let them adjust the price" yet the system let you charge me for two days? NEVER rent a uhaul through ACE Hardware.
