The truck was not clean. There was used kleenex tissue paper between the passenger seat and the passenger door. A little more thorough inspection would have made a difference!

Katheryn KIf uhaul is to offer their services, then the new employees of ACE hardware should be properly trained by Uhaul. Someone needs to come into the store and physically train the Ace Hardware employees. For example, there was a customer in line before me who was complaining about an issue and the employees response was only "That's Uhaul, that's not us". I wanted an upgrade from a 10-foot van to any larger size. While there was availability, the employee stated that they didn't know how to do that. Granted, he is new. I know this because I go to that location a lot. This was completely a lack of training by Uhaul. Or... Provide your own employee? That location is plenty busy.
