Unmanned location, keys were never put in lockbox, worker never didn't even know there was a reservation for pickup. Spent 40 minuets on customer service calls trying to find help.

I had nothing but issues with renting the unit. We were transferred trucks over 8 times because every location we went to trucks were marked ready but had no keys or locks on units. We had to call support over 10 times with different issues of locks not opening or trucks not being there that should have been.
