Make sure the uhaul is cleaned out The cab smelled of cat urine The check in process was horrible. The clerk didn't know how to add an authorized driver which put me in a bind. Horrible return process. I had to wait about 30 mins so I can park it because where I parked to begin with it wasn't good enough.
