Very understanding owner. Had done difficulty returning the van in the stipulated time, the owner understood our problem and gave us time to return the van later. Would definitely come back, if required. And also recommend this place to family and friends.

Location and pick up time were changed with no notice prior to the check-in text message the day prior. The location did not have equipment that was included in the reservation (furniture pads) meaning we had to stop by a larger location. This caused a significant delay in oir moving schedule has the new location opened 2 hours later and the detour and waiting at thelarger location tookabout 1 hour.

Reward good reviews and get rid of those locations with bad reviews. I was supposed to pick up my truck at 3470 Danforth Ave and the doors were closed at the time of my appointment. I had to call your head office and they referred me to the local dispatcher who then referred me to 3443 St Clair Ave E.

clean interior or atleast spray lysol in the back of the van. it had hay in the back on the floor and smelled like horses.

Cats!!!! The customer service was excellent, the Rep took time to wipe the car for us and he gave us extra tissues to wipe our hands and the truck. He took a little time to find the keys but he apologized for it and we did not feel that he was delaying because he was looking for the keys. We thought that he was doing some extra paper work. I would not like the cats in the store, some of us have allergies, sorry!!!

This rent was wrong in every possible way. I reserved for a Sunday morning and I knew that the store will be closed on Sunday so I chose mobile pickup where I could take the van using mobile app without having the store open. But the store called me the evening before to come to the store to pickup the key within 2 hours because their store will be close at 8 PM. I told him that's not a problem because I will use mobile app but the store said they didn't have a locker box so I have to come. This was inconvenient for me to go there in such short notice. But there was more surprises waiting for me when I went to pickup the key. The guy at the store started my rent at that time although my actual booking was for next day morning. So I had the key in my hand but the van was still in the store's parking so if anything went wrong with the van at that night, I could have been held responsible which was a stress that I didn't sign up for. Later when I went to actually pick up the van in the morning I found the van clean but the engine light and ABS light were flashing so I guess the van needs some maintenance. When I went to return the van the guy charged me for the full estimated KM though I used less than that so I was charged more. The only good part is the guy seemed friendly but I guess that's the skill he uses to give bitter U-Haul experience to the customers.

They never showed up. Waited for 2 hours, got a last minute truck 2 kms away. Had a panic attack trying to figure out how to move and the first 2 800 numbers where no help. Also didnt check in right online and almost got charged 2 extra days.

Van was really dirty inside with blankets and plastic from the last person that rented. Then when I returned it was told I was going to be charged a cleaning fee. I wasn't but I think perhaps the vans need to be checked over before renting them out. As well was told to go back out to the van after drop off to take a picture of the gas and mileage. Never had to do this at any other location before.

I think having a person on site is critical when renting a vehicle, especially in the winter. This gentleman was helpful and accommodating about a pick up time that would work for our schedule. I would rent from him again.

The opening hours aren't accurate on the U-haul website. The website also lists that mobile pick-up is available, which it isn't.

The website has the opening time wrong - it opens at 11 am not 10 am as stated on the website. However the man who runs the location made special arrangements to open early for me as a favour. He is very professional, and very courteous. Please update the information on your website regarding the hours of this location.
