Customer service was great and good quick communication. Only complaint was the latch for the ball on the trailer was really stuck. Had to pry on it pretty hard to release my ball hitch.

Dwayne BI still haven’t received my u haul refund
Bathiya JTried to increase the mileage in order to compensate for the reservation extensions approved by the district management overriding their extension refusal. Claimed that there were 4 drivers as opposed to 3 listed drivers, which is absolutely bogus as they lied about recording the extra driver, which they could not produce upon my request. Deceitful, rude and manipulative location.
