Young KI declined insurance and was still charged for it
Francisco GIt's been a while l rent the truck from U haul. Now much easier to book or cancel through online. Even more location to pick & drop. The clerk should explain about gas charge before he pass the key or after I bring the truck back. I drove 4 miles but on the invoice ,clerk charged 9.37 $ before tax. I don't think I recommend this location to anyone.
Ik HFirst they charged me with coverage (insurance) which I said I didn’t want. Second they took so long to give the vehicle as the person at the counter had no idea how to release the vehicle.
