This location didn't have the utility dolley that I reserved and had to go to a different location to get needed equipment. This reservation was booked over a month in advance. I did appreciate the assistance with placing my vehicle on the tow trailer.
Russell SWhen ordering the truck, I also ordered 2 Furniture Dolly’s and 1 hand truck with 12 blankets - I received the blankets and the 26’ foot truck but not the furniture Dolly’s out hand truck - there was none to be had in the area and I feel there was ample time to get them when the order went in
Robert LNo appliance dolly available even though i reserved one. I was told there weren't any available & all locahave had issues getting them. The service & location were great tho. Employees were exceptional.

CHARLOTTE CAccording to your records, the truck was supposed to be dropped off by 4:30 and it was dropped off at 4:38 and I was still charged for another day. I would never recommend U-Haul to anybody here moving forward.

David CCheck in took too long, charged us the wrong price and couldn't fix on location made us contact corporate. Not helpful or customer service oriented. Truck was filthy, wiper didn't work (we replaced). Manager was not helpful and disrespectful. Left us with a bitter experience.
Timothy KThe U-Haul box truck I rented HAD 1/4 PLAY ROTATION OF THE STEERING WHEEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In other words...I had to turn the wheel 1/4 of the way before EITHER TIRE RESPONDED!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I literally had to fight the steering wheel to keep that HUGE box truck between the driving lanes!!! Making a right of left turn was nightmarish.!!! AND...the truck dashboard started beeping (loud) the check engine light came on and stayed illuminated while we were driving during our rental day. U-Haul rented a truck to me, in such poor MECHANICAL condition my family's lives (2 kids+me, the driver ) were placed in a VERY DANGEROUS position !!!!!!!!! When these dangerous issues were going ongoing during my rental day. I tried to call Anytime Storage phone # ....THE CALL WENT TO VOICEMAIL. I DID NOT GET A RETURN CALL!!! Your poor equipment put my whole family in danger. To say NOTHING of my HORROR at having to drive that POS!!! I'm 65 year old disabled lady. I'm FURIOUS you rented to me a literal DEATH TRAP. I do NOT appreciate having to PAY FOR HAVING MY FAMILY PUT IN DANGER!!! U SUCK 🤬🤬🤬. Thinking of you, V Moody
Vicky MI was told that my truck had unlimited miles when I explained that I would be driving the truck to OKC (50miles from my home) to drop off since it would be cheaper than dropping in my city.
Heather ATruck was filthy- windows both inside and outside, inside of cab was dirty with dog hair everywhere, and inside of box needed to be swept out. When we confronted the manager we were rudely, brushed off & dismissed. Should be called “Last Tme Rental. 0 stars
Robert CI was given a truck that was in a recent accident. I left the lot went and filled the gas tank and drove 5 mins to my house. 2 dash lights came on and the truck started running badly. Instead of swapping out the truck I was told to call road side assistance. It took over 6 hours to get assistance to my location and the truck had to be returned and traded out. The loading crew I paid left because they couldn’t wait 6 hours and I was out a day behind schedule. I would like to be contacted and compensated for your he gas money I put into the truck that I had to drive back and return.
