Was supposed to use mobile pick up to get truck at 8 EST. Mobile pick up did not work as described. Location was supposed to open at 9 EST- showed up at 920. The location rep said there was “some problem with the system” The movers that we arranged through uhaul had one hour to move everything. It was a mess
