This place is GREAT! I needed a storage unit late at night and the online rental process made it happen. I was able to access my unit right away without having to wait for a person. It was very well lighted, especially the indoors unit I rented. Gated, fenced and cameras. It’s everything I wanted and I felt very safe leaving my items here. I rented for 2 years and if I ever needed storage again, I WILL BE BACK. Thank you for very much?

Our RV was vandalized on two different occasions at this location, resulting in over $13,000 dollars in damages. At no time did the business owner attempt to improve security of their facility. They advertise as a secure facility when in fact the yard is open to the east and there is no security camera's that actually view the spaces that the RV parking is set in. During the first event my husband and I figured it was just a run of bad luck, I wanted to move our vehicle but my husband wanted to give the owners the benefit of the doubt. Four months later, our catalytic converter was cut out and in speaking with management they offered no assistance and stating since we really didn't know exactly when it occurred there is no way even if they had video footage they would be able to find it useful. What the heck is the point of having cameras if at the end of the day they aren't set up to view anything and you aren't checking them on a regular basis. The site is not secure and the staff, although at the start was friendly - when push came to shove they were only seeking payment for their rental facility. I did appreciate the call from the owner the following day, but the evening the police were at the facility we saw no one. Additionally, the owner/manager can say they are sorry all they want but if they make no effort to improve their site, those are just words. Clearly they are located in a high crime area and as a business if they want to remain successful I think better take a good look at firming up their security and/or not taking vehicles that are easily accessible. I would never recommend this site for RV/Boat/Trailer storage.

This unit could not have worked out better for us! The manager met me on-site after hours to give me the keys and gave me awesome recommendations on storing our items. We ended up extending our storage because of delays in construction and the office staff was awesome to work with. Highly recommend!
