The business hours said 8am-3pm. I returned the vehicle approximately 12:55pm. The company was closed so I had to do a virtual check in. I hope I am not charged the $20 for the convenience fee.

This location was hard to find because it was not located directly on Lebanon Road. It was one side street of the main road. Once we figured out how to get to the building we checked out quickly. It was easy to know that U-haul was not the employee's main business concern at the site. But he did get the job done for me. Thank .
LAURA BThis was a smaller facility that was tucked away in the back of other buildings. The service tech that received the trailer was excellent. The only change I would make is to place better signage at the roadway or front facility. I had to drive around 1 parking lot since they did not connect.

JOHN CI requested that I did not want to do a remote pickup that I wanted to do a person pickup. I figured I would only be shown places with a person pickup. Also the pickup place was hidden behind other building and d8ccult to find. I was not told that the dollies that I had requested would not be available at the location I choose. I got to the place to pick up the uhaul and found out that no one was there. I called customer support and was informed it was remote pickup. I stated that I had requested person pickup. Then I saw that the three dollies (2 furniture and 1 appliances dolly) were not in the truck. The in person locations were a short distance away and I was wondering why when I got to pick where I wanted to pick up that it would have stated if it was person or remote. Plus I figured that even if they did not have dollies at that location that they would have been taken to the truck I choose. I ended up having to go to three uhaul places to get what I needed. Which almost made me late (they closed at 3pm) to the place that the truck and dollies where needed. Which was a horrible experience since I traveled over four hours to get to the uhaul and was there at the time I said I was going to be there (1pm). Since I had to go through all that with uhaul and dolloies and if I had not called the place I needed to pickup items then the whole trip and uhaul rental would have been a waste of money. Additionally, the exhaust on the vehicle was so loud and became a nuisance several miles onto the 300 mile trip.
Tammy RThis was not the location I selected when I made my reservation. The location did not have the vehicle I rented so I had to use a larger vehicle that required more fuel for a long distance trip. Vehicle was clean but had alignment issues.
DEREK MThe steering was all messed up. Bad alignment. Shaky front tire and the cruise control would not work the entire 2000 miles.

John TThis was not my chosen location. I received a call 24 hours before my reservation saying that my pick up location moved. This caused me to have to drive an additional 20 miles both ways to my rental causing my fees to go up. The app did not work multiple times and picking up and returning the truck was not easy. I would not recommend renting from U-Haul.

JDouglas LI had an issue getting to the location on time to pickup the trailer. The owner of the location worked with me to check the trailer out over the phone and made sure it was in a good location for me to pick up. I would definitely pick up from him again.
Andrew MVehicle was clean. However the appliance dolly had a frozen wheel and could not be used. I think I should have gotten a credit for that. I had to use my own cheap 2 wheeled dolly.
kevin jThe pick up locations business hours are not correct. My equipment was not returned by the previous customer so the UHaul directions online to go to the business office for a “hand delivery” could not happen as nobody was there. UHaul’s customer service was able to get me another vehicle at this location so everything turned out fine. But the hours of operation for Apex Tint really should be updated for future customers. Thank you.

Roger TI was charged a late fee for returning the truck to the correct location. A different location called to say that the truck should have been taken there and I was charged a late drop-off fee.

Craig CI picked up the trailer and when I tested the brake and turn signal lights, the left side was not working. Apex Tint said to take it to Old Hickory Uhaul since they had no way to test or repair. I went to Old Hickory Uhaul and they were not happy the problem was being shifted to them, but they were courteous and helpful. They rewired the harness and the left turn/stop still did not work. I asked if I could just take another trailer and they said that was impossible since the rental had already started. I should have gotten another trailer from Apex Tint but they only had 1 in the size I needed. I had no choice but to use the non-functioning trailer, risking getting pulled over by law enforcement. I'd like my rental cost of $52 to be refunded.

stacy rIf any other U-Haul store parks they're trucks at any location and refer customers to go to places to pick up a truck. Make sure the reservation is set and ready to go before customer arrive at the facility. Just think that if I would have gotten to the location where I was recommended to go didn't have what I was looking for as far as the truck and the spacific size. I'm saying this to say communication is key to every solution.
Latoya BThe guy that runs or owns Apex is very friendly and helpful. It's too bad that UHAUL is such a poor outfit to work for. The 19.99 come-on for a van is a misleading teaser. My day and half rental wound up costing me $164!! What a rip off!

RUSSELL CI think it is odd to charge an after hours service charge when no one is there, the place is hard to find along with the key drop.
WILL LThe location was challenging to find and the lot was full of mud and washed out gravel. The combination lock was ridiculous to open. It took two of us to manage it. The cab of the vehicle was filthy. Mud and dirt on drivers side. Dirt in the cargo area. Found a nail. Check in process on app/website was terrible. Had to call in for assistance. The phone assistance people were helpful. The first let my call get disconnected and I had to call in a second time.

Holly BThe gentleman with the beard (I didn't get his name), said he could not check in my rentals for two hours because he had to finish his tint job. He told me I needed to disconnect the trailers from the trucks then back the trucks "somewhere over there" and put the keys in the drop box. I had three 26-foot trucks, a car hauler and a 6x12 trailer. The mechanism that lifts and holds the tongue of the car hauler was broken and I explained to the man I needed a tool or help to do it. He said no tools were needed and if I didnt disconnect the trailers there would be an extra charge. We were able to get one trailer disconnected but not the car hauler. The parking lot was very narrow and not paved but is gravel and mud. If my husband had not been an experienced driver there is no way we could have gotten the trucks backed up. I have had amazingly positive experiences with Uhaul locations until this one. Never have I ever encountered such poor customer service and zero concern about the equipment. I will not use this site again and I will pass the word to everyone I know in Mt. Juliet that this site is subpar and not reflective of the Uhaul standards.

MARK RBusiness is hidden behind an alley. No signs at road at all makes it dangerous for drivers since its a very busy road.
Mark WI know that this is not usually the case, so it's no big deal. It was the first time that the truck had 1/4 tank of gas. But the staff noted that. Otherwise, I've have no problem with anything. I've read other reviews, where the issue is difficulty of finding the location just because it's located right behind another business. I understand that. But no problem for me because this was not my first time to go to this location. Thank you!
