They were busy tinting windows so they let me just leave them the keys and they would check it in later. They waited until the next morning to check in the truck. This cost me a late fee and so far two extra trips to Apex Tint looking for a refund.

I was charged for a dolly but the dolly was not in the truck

DAVID JI’d recommend it - it was a holiday so that’s why I hit “no” on a couple of these items. Safe location, outside well maintained, drop key. The U-Haul rep on the phone held my hand through the photos and questions until I was through the close-out virtually - terrific customer service! :)
