The truck had engine problems. We were not sure it would make our short trip of under 20 miles and we're so happy when it was returned.

If any other U-Haul store parks they're trucks at any location and refer customers to go to places to pick up a truck. Make sure the reservation is set and ready to go before customer arrive at the facility. Just think that if I would have gotten to the location where I was recommended to go didn't have what I was looking for as far as the truck and the spacific size. I'm saying this to say communication is key to every solution.
Latoya B.The guy that runs or owns Apex is very friendly and helpful. It's too bad that UHAUL is such a poor outfit to work for. The 19.99 come-on for a van is a misleading teaser. My day and half rental wound up costing me $164!! What a rip off!
