The steering was all messed up. Bad alignment. Shaky front tire and the cruise control would not work the entire 2000 miles.

The process of self checking in and out was very cumbersome. The downloading of the photos took a very long time. It took me about 45 minutes to check out and about the same amount of time to check in
John TThis was not my chosen location. I received a call 24 hours before my reservation saying that my pick up location moved. This caused me to have to drive an additional 20 miles both ways to my rental causing my fees to go up. The app did not work multiple times and picking up and returning the truck was not easy. I would not recommend renting from U-Haul.
Samantha SNone of the other equipment I ordered were with the truck. I had to go to another location that was thankfully very understanding to get the blankets requested.
