This place was fine for a pick up but was my second location to go that morning because original reservation pic up place didn’t have the trailer.
PAMELA JThe trailer we rented and was available at the time was unavailable when we went to pick it up. They only had a smaller version to rent hich enedednup notnbeing big enough and took forever to swap over the transaction. Way annoying.
SHELBY GHe just told us where to put the trailer. Never helped us unload it or where to place it.
MARC MThe app is horrible. The process is too lengthy and the app wouldn’t accept pictures that were hard to take. This locations truck was disgusting. The truck smelled like BO and Shit it was awful. The truck was dirty and there was what seemed to be a coke baggie (drugs) in the truck. In the back of the truck was a coke can, cups from fast food, games, a vape pen and other disgusting things. I will never rent from this location again. U-Haul itself may not get my business again. The process when there isn’t a facility open is horrible and it’s almost as bad when the facility is open.

Anthony COriginally was quoted only having to pay $151 but had to pay $190. Didn't tell me about only having 180 miles too. And then getting my pickup location changed from down the road of my old place to here a day before pickup. Honestly uhaul experience this move was terrible. Never again
Alexander KHad to work with U-Haul dispatch and customer service to remove an incorrect fuel charge. There was a note in the original contract but drop off location didn’t make effort to find it. Very aggravating.

Veronica DTrain attendant how to properly hook up a trailer. He did not tighten hitch and it nearly disconnected from my truck. I only caught it because of all the noise it was making going down the road.
brett gGot charged for the 10 extra days because t got only used 8 of them. Tried to explain to them but they didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. They didn’t even offer any help or anything. The place is not convenient to get to and not very nice.

Timothy RI went to the store, and they guy send me to check if is any trailer what I want, (I assuming he need to check that not me) and then take me long time to get the trailer, and after that he give me the receipt and I had to put the trailer into my car. this is the first time that happened to me, and I rent to many times in different state's.
victor mEquipment on my rental agreement did not match equipment we picked up. Gentleman at this location said it wouldn't be an issue, but I opted to call corporate and it did infact need to be updated. So that was a little concerning
