Checked in online . Followed the steps and was verified on my phone with a reservation number. When I entered the storefront the cashier had not been trained on your system. I was on hold over the phone and on a chat in your app for an hour to get this straightened out. The store owner was called and had to come to store for checkout. I spent well over an hour and a half from the time I entered the store to get keys until I left. The vehicle had an abs sensor alarm on dash that stayed on throughout the rental and a traction control alarm that alerted throughout rental as well. On a good note, drop off was easy. The store attendant had not been trained on your system which is a reflection of the store owner. This was a bit positive experience.

Herb FWas told when I called uhaul to request more days there would be no charge. I was charged for 2 extra days. This location was 40minutes away from where I lived. Customer service was nil. I was told to drop it out back on the lawn and nobody helped me. I have a bad back an had to unhitch and lift it off the ball alone. Took me awhile not to mention the pain I was in!
