Was told when I called uhaul to request more days there would be no charge. I was charged for 2 extra days. This location was 40minutes away from where I lived. Customer service was nil. I was told to drop it out back on the lawn and nobody helped me. I have a bad back an had to unhitch and lift it off the ball alone. Took me awhile not to mention the pain I was in!
