The first 10 foot truck that we rented had the gas light on and the gas was completely empty. So my husband and I took the truck immediately to the gas station. As we were putting gas in, my husband noticed there was a hole in the gas tank and gas was pouring out onto his shoes. So we took the truck back, and the second truck that they gave us had no mirror on the passenger side. the entire time that we were driving, we had to guess if there was a car next to us on the right hand side if we needed to get over. It was very dangerous when moving into another lane. I would not recommend that location to anybody!

Gerald BWe drove around the area for ten minutes trying to find this location. I finally had to stop at another store and ask where to go. The U-Haul sign is TINY, and mixed in with lit up smoke shop advertising which is ridiculous. It’s a smoke shop, which I didn't expect because that’s a strange place to drop off this truck. There were no trucks anywhere so there’s no way to know this was where to go. The woman was not helpful. I wouldn’t go back, they were not friendly or helpful there.
Sarah Chad trouble finding the place. had to park my car on one side of building and walk around to back of building to get the truck. I was told I had to take pictures of all four sides of the truck from the email sent from U=haul. I tried 4 times wouldn't upload .pictures I took pictures for my own records of previous damage and showed the clerk inside before I left.
James EDifficult to find. The truck was behind the building and the small U-Haul sign was lost among the Vape & Smoke Shop advertising. The clerk/owner was helpful and pleasant however.

KEITH EVery small convenience store, not an impressive location visually. But the check in process was efficient and the truck was excellent. Packing blankets were all new.
