Couldn’t get into location keypad wasn’t functioning took almost 35 mins to get in. Reserved truck and two furniture dolly’s at another location a week in advance. Got a call day before stating that location didn’t have the truck size I wanted so reservation was changed to this pick up location. I asked customer service individual to confirm that this new location had two furniture dolly’s and she assured me they did. So what do you know I open up the truck after finally getting into the location after having to call customer service for assistance because location was closed and no one was answering phone number provided, the back of the truck had on appliance dolly and not two furniture dolly’s like I originally requested and confirmed the day before with customer that they did in fact have and would be in the back of the truck. I wasn’t moving appliances I was moving furniture hence the reason I reserved furniture dolly’s not appliance dolly’s. It made the move very hard. Also once finally completing the checkin and taking photos of truck and I go to crank it and drive off and it has a low tire sensor on which I notified the Customer service lady I was on the phone with. 10 out 10 bad experience and would not recommend to anyone.
