No reason the self guided rental service should take over an hour and two phone calls to the support number because the people inside dont assign vehicles to your reservation and you have to call the 800 number to get them to fix it. Do not use this location they are next to worthless. Especially considering there are tons of more prepared more equipped dealers around town. -5* review. F these people dont use

RUDY Gafter setting my reservation online, when I arrived the place was closed, (Big Dog Storage) Original pick up was 1 PM, after calling back and modifying the reservation, I was then sent to (AR&W) The folks there were absolutely the worst customer service people in the world, Some 20 year old kid telling me he did not know how to hook up the trailer and he was not doing Austins' job, whatever that was, I then asked if anyone had checked the air pressure in the tires and again I was told "I work inside" Ok so I had to hook up the trailer by myself and then once I got hooked up and now I am 2 hours behind my original schedule, Now I notice the trailer has a broken strap, So I had to use my own strap on one side, This was by far the absolute WORST experience ever, this place AR&W is a joke and should not be allowed to have anything to do with Uhaul !

GILPATRICK PPoor customer service. Poor condition truck. Glad we were only traveling a few miles to a storage unit. Poor usability of app to make return. Zero customer service from start to finish.
Lorraine HI won’t recommend U-Haul to anyone. U-Haul charged me an extra $450. Once I get my money back, I’m deleting my U-Haul account and app. U-Haul lost a good customer.

The slowest service I ever had “at This location “ And he was on the phone for ever while I am waiting outside waiting for him (maybe manager) to hook it up ( someone else did while he still on phone). And now he start to check hook up and take picture. And he took for ever. I told he is taking too long. He responded he is manager and he is very busy. And I felt he don’t care if I am a customer. Not going back to this place.
Aly EWebsite for 24/7 rentals didn't work right. Had me scheduled at a different pickup site, removed the dolly rental i had added, and website had issues verifying identify. I had to load my drivers license multiple times. Site was closed on the Saturday I was picking up the truck so I couldn't get a dolly, made for a hard day of lifting.

Patricia NLocation was difficult to find. Google maps took me way out of the way to get there. Not the locations fault, but I was disappointed that my pickup location was moved to here from my original reservation. Would have made the whole experience much better!

Russell PTruck was not parked at address listed. When we finally found where it was we couldn’t open it. We HAD to call the office for help and the guy there was so irritated that he told us to keep trying. He eventually was forced to hop on a golf cart to drive over to the actual truck location, which isn’t mentioned anywhere on uhauls website or disclosed over the phone.

Sandr GI am amazed to have a return time of 7 pm but your store closes at 6 pm. This is not even disclosed to the customer and thus the customer has to make other arrangements or completely dissatisfied with the Individual behind the counter, rude, not even answering simple questions from the customer. I wonder if the owner or the name of U-haul is being butchered by these kinds of individuals. I am sure that if really known by the Name U-Haul, this would not happen again.

Ricardo BI have dont really have any complaints. The car hauler i used was well maintained and easy to pull. Pulled like a dream for the 400 miles that I had to use it for. I will use Uhaul services again in the future, just as I have in the past. Thank you!

Ram RThe attendant needs to know more about the Uhaul computer system and their equipment. I was not aware that my new truck had the proper wire connector for the trailer. Also the trailer was dirty inside and the running lights kept blowing my truck fuse.

Jay MThe lady who processed the transaction was very nice, but her computer didn't work and she issued the wrong trailer to me the first time. There was no assistance to connect the trailer and no instructions were given to me on how to return the trailer after business hours. Luckily, I have experience with these trailers and was able to take care of it myself. The trailer itself was fine and I had no issues with it. I'll not be going back to this location.

It was a quick process and I'm most appreciative of the fact that Devin attached the trailer to my vehicle as well. Both Devin and Bobby assisted with the attachment.
