I dropped off before their hours, so I had no contact with the personnel. The location was easily accessible, convenient and the drop off procedure was well displayed.

Pauline MThe Van was clean and well maintained but the AC did not blow cold air. Instead it blew out hot air, while I had the temperature setting on cold. In Florida, it's very important to have access to AC on a hot day, especially after moving.

Charlie MI had a reservation for a 10 foot van in Gainesville and when I arrived on time to pick up the van they (YOU) related to me that I had to drive to Ocala to get the van. 50 miles each way, gas, tolls, time etc. It ended turning my 5 hour trip one way to miami into 10 hours. Horrible service, and it was a an 1.5 hour drop off, and YOU attempted to charge me an over milage fee. I dispute the charge on my cc, UHAUL needs to step up its game. Social Media can be a nightmare

Ran into a small problem at drop off unable to do it online, called and did my drop off over phone, easy. Had a problem later with charges for fuel, was already being corrected when I called to check on the extra charge. Overall great experience.
