Once again I can’t express enough appreciation to the owner and facilitator of this location. Every time I requested equipment it’s been available on time, as promised, ready to go. This man could teach a class on how to operate a business. Good local service, excellent equipment, and customer satisfaction are at the top of his operation. Core values we can all support. David WI do recommend U Haul help new franchise owners (under 3 years) put some sort of structure or building for U-Haul business on/near lot. Optics (business psychology) go a long way to represent a business is doing well (having a choice to go in) vs just making things work. Franchise owner is knowledgeable and professional, he said that he will put in a building eventually. For now without building, franchise owner is using phone to run business from lot, which is clever on the mobility side. Location and lot size is great to easily maneuver around with trailer.

Stacey KMiles is an outstanding U-Haul Representative. He was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I rented too small of a trailer due to the smaller hatch opening vs interior dimensions, and he gladly exchanged it for the next larger size.
