Biggest problem I had was the UHaul off hours process using the app. For pickup they require a bunch of information that must be verified before you can get the information to get the key. This is information such as person who can verify you, work verification info, etc.. it left me at the app saying wait while verifying. The is unnerving as we don’t know how long to wait and how do you get verification from work on a Sunday? It did eventually come back about 15 mins later and let me proceed. If information like this is needed the app should be clear and all you submit that part a few days ahead of the rental.

Kelly KUHAUL as a company uses an app instead of humans and set you up to fail in order to make the company more money. Cheats customers and charges more than expected. UHAUL has been my go to company my entire life when needing a rental vehicle for moving stuff - but now I’m concerned about their business practices.
