I'm terrible with names, but I believe the person who helped was named Miles. He was very helpful and courteous to my wife and myself while picking up a trailer for moving. As these things go, we ended up needing the trailer an extra day. I called up Miles and he quickly extended our rental for another day for us with no hassles. I hope to not need any moving trucks or trailers for myself anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely revisit this location as well as tell any friends of mine about it if they're in need.
