Went to pick up the truck at 10 o’clock got my truck loaded at 11:45 tried to start it up. U-Haul truck never started waited 2 1/2 hours on a mechanic to get there to replace a dead cell on a battery I will never reserve anything from this area nor U-Haul. I’m not happy with the situation not one bit other than them charging me $145.
