HORRIBLE customer service. I have called 4 times and did the web chat 3 or 4, each time they tell me a manager will call me back. The last time I called they told me my dispute was transferred to a different manager... STILL NO CALL. I'm at my son's Marine graduation, when I get home I'll be leaving bad reviews everywhere. This company DOES NOT CARE about people.

Location did not provide hook up service. First time I had a U-Haul location not provide hook up. The 6x12 is not the easiest to connect by yourself. Also, trailer location was not easy to access to hook up.
