I had to wait approximately 30 minutes to pickup the rental. Because the “manager” that was responsible for processing the rental was “cooking”. And this location only had two employees working. One working the store and the manager. Lastly, there was no assistance hooking up the trailer. Luckily, I knew what I was doing.

Put a key drop box so we don’t have to deal with the staff in Arco. The gentleman that helped me was rude and irritated that I came to drop the truck off early. I didn’t need it anymore, so why would I keep it.
Garrett HAfter driving the trailer for approximately 45 minutes, a tire blew out and shredded itself. I was on the freeway stuck with a trailer behind my truck for approximately 1 1/2 hours. I believe that these vehicles and trailers should be inspected more often and very carefully.
DONALD GI was charge for three additional gallons of gas at a redicules price even though the fuel gauge was between 1/2 and 3/4 full just as I received it. An additional $24 was charged to my card along with being charged twice for the moving blankets and dolly (broken). I was not given a hard copy of the receipt when asked and said one would be emailed to me. More than frustrated when I saw the additional charges that even.
BRENT DEverything went very smoothly and we were able to get our cross town move accomplished with the help of your truck. I suppose the only minor thing that I would mention is that the truck was probably about a 9 out of 10 in cleanliness. Met our needs well.
