Sinclair gas on W. F Street did not have our reservation. They only had 2 uhauls on their ENTIRE property. We had to travel to Arco to get a uhaul and Teresia was VERY nice and accommodating. Uhaul could benefit by launching an investigation into the use of the equipment at the Sinclair location.

I will never use U-Haul again because every thing is done via internet. The rental store can do the legwork not me.
Tom TI had to wait approximately 30 minutes to pickup the rental. Because the “manager” that was responsible for processing the rental was “cooking”. And this location only had two employees working. One working the store and the manager. Lastly, there was no assistance hooking up the trailer. Luckily, I knew what I was doing.
Tyron CPut a key drop box so we don’t have to deal with the staff in Arco. The gentleman that helped me was rude and irritated that I came to drop the truck off early. I didn’t need it anymore, so why would I keep it.
Garrett HAfter driving the trailer for approximately 45 minutes, a tire blew out and shredded itself. I was on the freeway stuck with a trailer behind my truck for approximately 1 1/2 hours. I believe that these vehicles and trailers should be inspected more often and very carefully.
