What ruined the experience was the heavy duty mileage charge that was a bit too much and I would do it again

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis was not near my home. The equipment lacked proper hooks for safety connection to the vehicle. The cost to extend a couple of hours for return was very expensive. There was no option to opt out of full day of rental and insurance for a short overage. Overall I would not recommend using U-Haul.
