Jessica C.I have called 951-247-4652 several times yesterday and left a message because I was incorrectly charged for an extra day. I returned the truck and dolly on Sunday 3/13 at 7am. When i arrived to Arco, the attendant said he could not give me a receipt because they do not open until 8am. I took a picture of truck with a time stamp to prove it was dropped off at that date and time. I received a receipt yesterday 3/14 stating i returned it at 7am on 3/14 which is incorrect. I was charged for an additional day when i returned it on Sunday the 13th. I attempted to email the address at the bottom of the email ( 31582_GM@uhaul ) but the email was kicked back. I'd like for a refund for the additional day that i was charged please.
Janice M.Truck was scheduled/reserved to be picked up at 11:30am. The person that does rentals was not at the location when we arrived. Gas station cashiers called the rental person, but he never showed up. We did not leave with the truck until 12:15pm. One of the cashiers was able to get enough of the transaction figured out to get us the rental truck and on our way.
Kimberley J.The bay of the truck was beyond dirty. I had to broom it out and use a blower when I arrived to load it. The guy tried his best but didn't have the right broom or blower for the job. The cab of the truck was as clean as one would expect, however the windshield was very dirty due to recent high winds.

I was concerned about the cell phone charging equipment but once I got in the truck everything was there including the back up camera. The only thing was missing was the back seat... Very impressed with my experience

Albert M.I reserved three dolly's only to be told the day of my move that only two would be on the truck. I was overcharged for gas but thankfully I took pictures of the odometer and gas hand so Uhaul refunded me. When I called in to speak to someone about it the person was impatient and hung up on me.

Tony S.The gas and the mileage were recorded incorrectly on the paperwork. I was told that I would be given 1/4 tank of gas credit and the milage would be corrected. This did not occur on the other end even after I called them and asked for an updated correct invoice.

Katherine S.It was close and convenient for us. When our truck broke down, they had the right size in stock for us to continue on with our day with only a minor delay. All other companies were out of the size we needed. We usually don't use Uhaul because it is expensive (we are a trucking company and travel all over southern California, Nevada and Arizona). The miles price is not worth it. But for this short trip it worked out okay.
